: Not impressed... Their best-selling orange-scented hand cream smells cheap and feels mediocre. Even their shampoos have underwhelming texture, comparable to dollar-store drugstore products. Ended up stocking up on Lush items during the sale – way better at similar prices...

: It's great! The scent is pretty nice, with woody and citrus notes, not that cheap floral scent. I highly recommend the pink hand cream. I love buying hand creams, and it's rare to find one I really like. The pink hand cream makes my hands noticeably smooth and non-greasy. Super useful!

: The hand cream's user experience is so-so. When I bought the body lotion, it was advertised as 200ml, but I received 120ml. Customer service replied that they only have 120ml body lotion. If they can't handle a promotion, they shouldn't run one. The official website also stated 200ml when I placed the order. What's also confusing is that the hand cream and body lotion have different origins. I wanted to try it because of the promotion, but I'm speechless. I won't waste another cent on this brand. Disgusting.
