: Does anyone actually think their hand cream is that great? It's all over Xiaohongshu with rave reviews, so I bought it during the promo. The experience was just average, and the customer service left me speechless. I ordered a 200ml body lotion—the official site clearly stated 200ml—but received a 120ml one. When I emailed customer service, their reply was, "We only have 120ml body lotions." Did I design your website or something? I hate this kind of attitude the most. If you can't handle promos, just don't run them. [sigh]
