回复 @Cui_弍 : They lost my package twice. Both times, I contacted customer service about a month later, and they said the package was lost and would resend it. But the reshipments basically came without any free gifts. The twist is that the "lost" ones usually show up about a month later anyway, so now I don't rush it. I can keep an eye on the lost one's tracking. 他们家给我丢了两次 差不多都是一个月后我去找客服然后客服说快递丢了给我重新发 但是重新发的基本就没有赠品了 转折是那个丢的基本上再过一个月都会送到 所以我现在一般不着急 丢的那边是可以看到的
