: For those over 30, I think this is better than the Advanced Night Repair. It offers better repair effects than retinol and better anti-aging results than the Advanced Night Repair. It's highly recommended for dry skin. 30+可以用的，我觉着这个比小棕瓶好用，就是比A醇修护效果好，比小棕瓶抗老效果好，要是干皮是挺推荐的
