- Shipping Process: After placing an order, the merchant will send a Confirmation Email to your registered email within 1-2 business days. Once the item is officially shipped, a tracking email will be sent to your registered email. Unless there are special circumstances, the item is expected to arrive within 7-15 business days. (International shipping may experience delays)
- Return Process: Return requests can be made within 90 days from the order date. Once the request is submitted, the package must be shipped within 14 days. The merchant covers the first return shipping fee for each order. For a second return request on the same order, or if the 90-day return window has passed, a $7.99 shipping fee will apply.
