I saw the dermatologist in the US, by the way, and it was particularly effective for me. I used to love dairy products and never considered this connection. After paying attention, I found that whenever I ate milk, cheese, and so on, I would get acne, but when I didn't, I was fine. If any friends have similar issues, check if you also can't eat these. 抑制不如从根源解决问题。我长痘去看皮肤科医生，医生让我忌口，少吃乳制品和糖。我在美国看的皮肤科哈，对我来说特别管用，我之前特别爱吃乳制品，一直没往这方面想。注意之后发现: 我一吃牛奶奶酪啥的就长痘，不吃就没事。如果有同样困扰的朋友们，看看是不是也是不能吃这些。
