Editor's Pick: Stability underfoot really matters during strength training. These shoes have a wider, flatter sole so you stay steady during squats and when lifting weights. The breathable upper keeps your feet from feeling stuffy after a set. You can wear them straight to the gym too, so no need to pack a second pair to change into.
