Editor's Pick: When kids can't remember the locations of countries and states in geography class, piecing together a puzzle block by block is far more fun than memorizing from a textbook. Three maps—US, World, and Europe—come together in one box, and the pieces are cut to the real outlines of countries and states, so kids absorb the shapes and neighboring relationships as they piece them together. It also includes capital and flag stickers to apply once the puzzle is complete, leaving a much stronger impression of each country's location after one round of play. Gathering the family around to piece it together on a weekend beats everyone staring at their own screens.
