: I'm a bit torn between buying the 30oz or the 40oz. 买30oz还是40oz有点纠结
: It depends on your water intake and where you use it. I drink a lot of water and don't drink water at work, so I bought the 40oz—it's perfect for work and the gym. The only downside is that the straw sticks out and leaks, so you can only carry it by hand. : I think the 30oz is really enough for daily use. The 40oz one I bought just sits idle because it's too heavy, unless you're driving on a trip and can't find water in between.
