: It depends on your water intake and where you use it. I drink a lot of water and don't drink water at work, so I bought the 40oz—it's perfect for work and the gym. The only downside is that the straw sticks out and leaks, so you can only carry it by hand. : I think the 30oz is really enough for daily use. The 40oz one I bought just sits idle because it's too heavy, unless you're driving on a trip and can't find water in between. For reference, Starbucks' largest size, the Trenta, is only 30oz 30我觉得平时用真的够用了，40的买回来就闲置了太沉了，除非开车出去旅游中间找不到水。可以参考星巴克的最最最大杯Trenta也才30oz
