Editor's Pick: When you want to slow-cook a pot of beef brisket on the weekend without standing over the stove, just toss in the ingredients, set the heat level, and head out to run errands. The 7-quart capacity fits a whole roast and has enough to share when guests come over. The ceramic insert comes right out and goes in the dishwasher, so no scrubbing for ages after cooking. The keep-warm setting is really handy—your food stays warm until everyone's gathered to eat.
