Editor's Pick: If you rent and don't want to drill into tile, this shower head's clip-on bracket attaches directly without tools, so you won't have to worry about patching walls when you move out. The 10-inch overhead spray covers a large area, so your shoulders and back both get water without having to keep turning around. The handheld spray has multiple modes, making it convenient for washing pets or rinsing bathtub corners. There's a thumb switch at the bottom so you can change settings even with soapy hands. Installation is just a hand-tighten of the connector—done in a minute.
