Editor's Pick: The open-box price is the same as new, but the device itself runs the A17 Pro chip, which is more than enough for everyday note-taking, streaming shows, and reading PDFs. The 8.3-inch size is comfortable to hold with one hand and slips right into a coat pocket for on-the-go use. It supports Apple Intelligence, so it will keep up with new features in future system updates. Just check the accessories and warranty details for the open-box unit before you buy.
