Editor's Pick: Install one at the top of the stairs, in a hallway, or at the kitchen doorway so you don't have to keep watch while cooking or taking a call. It uses pressure mounting with no drilling—just tighten against both walls, and renters don't have to worry about holes in the walls. The gate swings open, so adults can pass through with a single hand press without stepping over it. Suitable for babies 6 to 24 months old, and it can also help contain small to medium-sized pets.
