: Buying this is basically a smartness tax, because USB4 is compatible with TB5/TB4. At a price that's $400 more, I personally recommend just buying a mid-to-low-tier CPU mini PC with all the ports, directly connect it to your existing host via the USB4 port, and you'll end up with around 10 or more expansion ports. Plus, you'll have an extra physical host to use. 买这个基本上是智商税，因为USB4相容于TB5/TB4，以快400刀的售价，我个人建议直托买一台中低阶cpu但是埠口大全配的mini pc，直接透过USB4 port与你既有的主机相连后，佚就可以留到大概10个或更多的扩充埠，而且还多一台实体主机可以使用
