For orders with quality or damage issues amounting to more than $20 and within 30 days of order confirmation, you can submit a refund request through the support page. Some orders may qualify for expedited refunds, processed within 1 business day. For other orders, refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days after the package arrives at the warehouse.

If the return is not due to product quality issues, shipping fees will be charged.
