At the launch event they said it’s bigger than the Ultra because of the screen size, but it’s really just that the Ultra has a slightly larger metal bezel. The 46mm also has a slightly wider screen. 手表的46 49mm是表壳长度 发布会说比ultra大是屏幕面积大 其实就是ultra的金属边框大一点 还有46的屏幕更宽一点

If you don't need to leave your phone behind when running and just listen to music on your watch, then the regular version is more than enough. That's assuming you, like me, always keep your phone with you. 我用Apple Watch这七年好像真的没有一次需要用到打电话功能，如果你不需要跑步的时候不带手机只用手表听音乐，那普通版绰绰有余了，前提是你像我一样手机不离身。
