: Last year at the San Francisco tour, they only notified everyone at the last minute before the performance that she wasn't coming. The ticket prices were still sold at the original rate, and there were no refunds or discounts even though she didn't show up. They brought in an unknown local pianist from San Francisco to play, and I couldn't even listen for an hour before leaving. Extremely unprofessional, won't be going to see her again.
