: I've looked into this before. For daily commuting and indoor office work, SPF 30 is usually sufficient. For prolonged exposure to direct, intense sunlight outdoors, SPF 50 is best. If you're outside for a long time but not in direct, harsh sun, SPF 30 is okay, but you should reapply it at regular intervals. 我以前查过，日常通勤室内办公其实30的就够用，一般室外长时间暴晒最好50的，如果不是暴晒只是在外时间长，也可以30的一定时间间隔补涂一下
