Editor's Pick: Train your core at home without going to the gym—just kneel on the floor, grip the handles with both hands, and roll forward. The handles are curved foam, so they won't slip even when you sweat, and the wheel rolls steadily without wobbling side to side. When you're done, take it apart and tuck it into a cabinet or suitcase in just seconds.
