Editor's Pick: If you want to do some stretching or glute and leg training at home, this set of five bands with different resistance levels is really practical. The latex material feels stretchy and won't slip easily under your feet. After your workout, just roll them up and tuck them into the included storage bag—easy to bring on business trips or to the park. Beginners can start with the yellow and green bands, then gradually move up to black and red.
