Editor's Pick: If you feel like dumbbells won't stay put during hip thrusts at home and barbells are hard to manage, this strap wraps directly around your hips so you can attach a dumbbell or weight plate and train. It supports up to 400 lbs, and the padding is thick enough that your hip bones won't hurt from the pressure. It secures in under 20 seconds and can also be used for squats and lunges. When you're done, it stores away without taking up much space.
