Editor's Pick: You don't need a barbell rack to do hip thrusts at home—just hang a dumbbell or weight plate on the belt and you're ready to go. The inner layer of the belt has soft padding, so your hip bones won't feel uncomfortable when you press against it. Wrap it around, secure it, buckle up, and you're ready in about twenty seconds, so you don't have to wait long between sets. After hip thrusts, you can also use it for squats and lunges—one belt covers several exercises.
