: For 1080p, there's no need to upgrade the GPU. For 2K, a 4070 is fine without changing the CPU or motherboard. A 9700 on Win10 is plenty. If it feels sluggish, uninstall bloatware like Ludashi, reinstall a clean Win10, and clean up the C drive. 如果1080p甚至没有换显卡的必要，如果2k可以换4070不需要换cpu主板。9700win10够用了。嫌卡就把鲁大师之类的垃圾软件都删删掉，装个纯净win10，清理下c盘。
