Editor's Pick: This Manuka honey has a thick consistency, almost like a paste when scooped, with a blend of herbal and caramel notes. Take one or two spoonfuls directly each day, or stir it into warm water, or drizzle it over yogurt and oatmeal. A 250g jar lasts about four to eight weeks. The UMF 20+ strength is verified by an independent lab, and every batch is tested.
