Editor's Pick: When the weather warms up and you take your dog out for walks, ticks in the grass are hard to guard against. This collar starts working as soon as you put it on—fleas are killed within 24 hours when they contact the collar's surface, so you don't have to wait for them to bite your dog first. It lasts for eight months, so you won't need to think about re-dosing all season long. The collar itself isn't greasy and won't get in the way of your dog's movement when worn around the neck, and it's barely affected by baths or swimming.
