Editor's Pick: If you want to pull a proper espresso at home, grinding is a key step. This machine builds conical burrs right into the body, so beans are ground fresh and drop straight into the portafilter—no need for a separate grinder taking up counter space. The steam wand froths milk fast; a few swirls and it turns silky, and with a little practice you can pour latte art. PID temperature control keeps water temperature steady, so making several cups in a row from the same bag of beans won't swing between sour and bitter.
