: These three are what I mainly use at the gym, because I don't know how to use the others
. I think the most practical one is the treadmill. You can run or walk, and adjust the incline and speed. To go a step further, even if you have a dog that needs to lose weight, you can use it. The elliptical machine can only be used for pedaling + resistance and so on, and you have to pay close attention to your posture, otherwise you might even get counterproductive results after exercising

我觉得最实用的是跑步机,可以跑可以走,可以调节坡度 速度,再进一步说家里有狗子需要减肥都能用上,椭圆机就只能蹬➕阻力啥的,还得很注意姿势不然还会练完其反效果

The issue is that over time, your posture tends to slip—your knees might unconsciously drift inward, requiring constant self-adjustment. 胳膊可以抓住那个杆跟着一起动,连带肩颈啥的也在动,也可以抓固定的地方,那就上半身不咋动了,就是蹬着蹬着姿势就不对了,膝盖就会不自觉的往中间靠齐,还得自己调整
