回复 @匿名用户 : So far, I've only received the floor cleaner, and it's very useful. I have two others at another home, a tineco and another brand, but neither is as good as this one. This one separates trash and water and cleans exceptionally well. It's also very lightweight, unlike the two bulky ones at home that don’t clean as thoroughly! Although it’s a bit expensive, it's worth it! I recommend it. I haven't received the robot vacuum yet, but I can update you when I do. You could say Costco's return policy offers the ultimate safety net. You just need to be careful not to abuse this right, for example, you can't expect a robot vacuum to run fault-free for 10 years 对于包含扫地机器人这个品类在内的绝大部分产品，Costco的态度一直是如果厂家拒绝warranty，他们会接受你的return，无论多久。可以说Costco的return policy可以提供最大的兜底。你需要注意的就是不要滥用这项权利，比如你不能期待一个扫地机器人能无故障运行10年

回复 @RebeccaBlake : I've bought both these series. The Qrevo is budget-friendly and good quality, feels like a lightweight Japanese car. The S series uses more robust materials, and the quality is also great, but it's much more expensive. My feeling is that they'll all need replacing eventually, so it just comes down to personal preference. 这两个系列我都买了，Qreno 价格友好，质量不错，感觉是轻型日本车，S系列用料更扎实一点，质量也很好，但是价格贵了很多。我的感觉是时间长了都要换换，所以，就看个人喜好了。
