Editor's Pick: For delicate tasks like peeling tomatoes or deveining shrimp, a sharp tip keeps the flesh from getting crushed. The blades feature a non-stick coating, so juice from oranges and potatoes won't cling to the knife—just rinse and it's clean. Four knives in four colors let you separate raw and cooked food prep, and each comes with a matching blade cover so you won't get nicked when reaching into the drawer.
