: Just buy bagged compost; it should provide enough nutrients. Someone suggested burying leftover chicken bones, but I haven't tried it as it sounds a bit gross. 🤮 就去买袋装堆肥compost啊，应该就可以提供营养了。还有别人给我支招说的是把啃剩下的鸡爪骨头埋进去（但是我没有试过，觉得有点恶心🤮）

: Orchids aren’t picky. No need to buy specialized (expensive) fertilizers. Miracle-Gro’s all-purpose fertilizer is enough. They’re not heavy feeders anyway. The key is protecting the symbiotic bacteria on their roots—avoid frequent root trimming or substrate changes. 兰花无所谓。没必要买专门的。贵。买美乐棵的通用水肥就足够了。这玩意也不是很吃肥。关键是根上分共生菌要保护好，别老剪根换基质

In Mainland China, to improve soil, people usually add rice bran, rice husks, wood ash, rice husk charcoal, etc. Some even add natto bacteria, yeast, and other active cultures to improve soil microorganisms and structure. If you want to boost fertility, add cow, sheep, or chicken manure as base fertilizer, or even shrimp shells and dead fish. Regular kitchen scraps like fruit peels, melon rinds, and peanut shells work too. 花园土都差不多吧，在国内的话想改良土壤都是加米糠，稻壳，草木灰，稻壳碳等等，有的人还会加入纳豆菌，酵母菌等活性菌来改良土壤中的微生物和土壤结构，如果想增加土壤肥力的话就加入牛粪羊粪鸡粪等等作为底肥，或者虾壳死鱼也可以，平常的厨余垃圾水果瓜皮花生壳都可以
