The fats in food can stimulate bile secretion, help emulsify fats, and promote the absorption of fatty acids from fish oil. That’s roughly how it works. 应该就是里边那些DHA、EPA得跟脂肪结合才能被充分吸收，食物里的脂肪可以刺激胆汁分泌，帮助乳化脂肪，促进鱼油中脂肪酸的吸收，大概是这样子
