: I think it's okay, but my kid can't handle this level of spiciness. The seasoning packets in the cup are the same as the ones in the bag. I usually split one seasoning packet between two cups, so each cup gets about a quarter of a packet. It has a spicy taste, but if I accidentally add too much, my kid can't really eat it. The seaweed flakes in the dish (there's no separate vegetable packet in the cup; they're just mixed in) are really good. 我觉得还好，但是俺娃吃不了这么辣。杯里的料包和袋装的一样，我一般是拆一包料包用在两杯里，每杯的实际用料差不多四分之一包。吃起来有辣味，偶尔手抖放多了娃儿就不大能吃了。菜（杯里没菜包，直接散放的）里的海带碎很好。
