: It’s recommended to do an intensive seven-day course to start—apply once at night daily, or morning and night if you go outside. After those seven days, you can use it three times a week for maintenance! 建議剛開始一次密集性使用七天，一天可以晚上一次，或是早晚都用，如果有出門的話，然後七天過後，可以每週用個3次維持！
