: It's been almost 20 days since I placed the order, but I still haven't received the goods. The merchant's customer service hangs up calls, ignores emails, refuses to cancel the order or issue a refund. Even DealMoon's after-sales support claims to be "assisting" but there's zero progress—just endless waiting with no explanation. I need to provide cancellation proof for a dispute, but the merchant is completely unresponsive. This is the most frustrating experience I've ever had on DealMoon. I never expected both the store AND this platform to be so unreliable. Everyone, be warned! 从下单到现在已经快20天了，货没收到，商家客服挂电话，邮件不回，也不取消订单退款，DealMoon售后说协助处理也没有进展，只是一直叫我等，我也不知道在等什么，dispute需要提供cancellation，但是商家装死根本不处理。这是在Dealmoon最无语的事件，没想到除了这个网店连这个平台也是这样不靠谱，大家慎知！
