: Step 1 is to create a defined, separated lash effect, and Step 2 is for volume. It's a bit like a lash primer + mascara, I guess. step1是给睫毛塑造根根分明的效果的，step2是丰盈的。有点类似于睫毛打底+睫毛膏吧
