Use the mask about every two or three days. During the day, try to drink plenty of water and use a hyaluronic acid-based cream, which usually helps maintain skin hydration better. 如果皮膚比較容易乾，冬天就在晚上睡覺前喝一點溫開水，然後上一個保濕款的睡眠面膜，大概每兩天或三天上一次睡眠面膜。白天盡量多喝水，用玻尿酸類的面霜，通常比較能維持皮膚保水度。
