回复 @vette : For skiing... I'd recommend Oregon and Washington. Places like CA and CO are well-known, but Oregon and Washington don't get much mention. There are several great spots near Mt. Hood and Mt. Rainier. After skiing, you can even hit some hot springs nearby. California doesn't have many hot springs, but Oregon and Washington have plenty. Comparatively, East Coast ski resorts don’t leave much of an impression except for a few in NY. The terrain there is good with lots of turns, making it exciting. For beginners like me (blue runs and below), it’s all fun anywhere 😅. Advanced skiers should just head wherever there are mountains. Hope this helps! 滑雪的话……我推荐一下俄勒冈和华盛顿。CA，CO这种大家都知道，但俄勒冈和华盛顿貌似没啥人提。mt hood 和mt rainier 附近好几个都很好玩。滑完还能周边去泡个温泉。泡温泉好像加州不是很多，但俄勒冈和华盛顿好多。相比之下，东岸雪场感觉除了NY那边几个挺不错。因为有山，所以地形好，弯多蛮刺激的，其他我没有特别印象深刻的。还有……其实我觉得蓝道以下水平的选手（比如我）没啥区别，哪😅都很好玩。黑道选手还是哪里有山去哪里。你参考。

回复 @匿名用户 : The main reason is that direct flights are still expensive, and transfers will likely remain the mainstream choice for a long time. However, many who plan to travel in Mainland China haven't considered the opportunity to save money and sightsee along the way during their round trip. At least they can save on travel expenses and get a free night's stay from the airline. Personally, I feel this kind of plan needs to be friendly reminded frequently. For example, if conditions allow, flying back to China with Xiamen Airlines, stopping in Xiamen, and then flying to Macao is a great stopover travel route, often costing less than 2000 RMB 主要现在直飞依然贵，转机主流可能长期是主流选择，但计划在内地旅游的很多没有想过往返途中有机会节省资金顺便玩一下，至少能省路费和航司免费提供一晚的房费，个人感觉这种方案还是需要经常友情提示一下的。比如有条件的话厦航回国停厦门然后飞澳门是很不错的顺路游玩路线，经常不到2000人民币

回复 @匿名用户 : That's right, for Mainland Chinese passports, a travel permit is required. Or, a ticket with a transfer in a third location outside Mainland China also works. Quite a few people go that way too 对，猪肝红护照的要通行证，或者有大陆以外第三地转机的票也行，也有不少人是这个路子去的
