It feels like many of these revamped models are just OEM manufacturers grabbing random parts from the warehouse, assembling them, and throwing them onto the market. This machine has too many issues, I don't even know where to start. Let's summarize: immediately ruled out for the 45% NTSC, the 8840hs is honestly not as good as the M2, the battery is already a bit small for a 14-inch Windows laptop, and this is a 16-inch with touch. The battery life is doomed. Go for the $749 M2 MacBook Air. Aside from gaming laptops, Windows laptops have completely lost their value. 16寸， 67W电池，45ntsc。 传统PC OEM 搞笑到极点了。感觉很多这种马甲机型就是OEM 厂商在库房随手捡几个莫名其妙的零件，拼装起来，扔到市场上。这机子问题太多，无力吐槽。还是总结一下吧。45%NTSC首先枪毙，8840hs真的不如M2，电池对于14寸Windows 笔记本都小了点，你这还是16寸带触摸。续航找死。买749的M2 mba吧，windows 笔记除了游戏本，已经完全没有存在的价值了。

Later, I even saw big brands offering similar specs with 120Hz screens at that price range. 还是价格不好看，搁沃尔玛之前弄的gateway，300刀i5 + 16G + 512G + 全功能C口，那不香爆了。后面也见到过大牌类似的价格带120Hz屏的

I saw someone below mention it was $449 last month, but I hesitated, and by the time I was ready to order, I had already missed out. 😢 But there will definitely be other discounts by then. If you’re not set on this exact model, there will be similar deals for sure. I checked out the ASUS 226V too and it looks pretty good. 应该不会 我看楼下说上个月449，结果犹豫了 想起来下单的时候已经错过了😢 不过肯定到时候有其他打折的，不是非买这一款的话肯定还有类似的。我看华硕的226V的也挺不错
