: It is wearable, yes, but GORE-TEX waterproofing definitely sacrifices some breathability. Luckily, the surface also has some mesh. A common issue is pressing on the instep because the foam at the back is thicker; besides buying a larger size, you could cut a bit off the side of the shoe tongue. 能穿是能穿的，不过GORE-TEX防水的同时肯定是要牺牲一部分透气性的，好在表面还做了些网眼，压脚背通病，因为后面泡棉更厚，除了买大点可以把鞋舌侧面剪开一点
