Editor's Pick: When you wear a watch all day, what you care about most is whether data like heart rate and blood oxygen is accurate. This one uses a 4-channel sensor, and the readings during exercise and rest are quite stable. It can also analyze your sleep quality while you sleep. With over 130 sport modes, it covers common activities like running, swimming, and strength training. It's IP68 water-resistant, so you don't need to take it off when you sweat during workouts or wash your hands. The watch face is an AMOLED screen, clear enough to see data and messages both indoors and outdoors. Bluetooth calling with dual microphones and noise cancellation means you don't need to pull out your phone to take a call on your commute, and you can reply to messages directly from your watch while cooking. It's genuinely much more convenient for everyday use.
