Editor's Pick: For dumbbell bench presses or shoulder presses at home, the backrest adjusts up to 90 degrees, giving you just the right angle for seated presses. The extended headrest and backrest with spinal curvature mean taller users won't have their neck and lower back hanging in the air. The whole bench weighs 23 lbs (10.4 kg), folds up in 3 seconds, and has a handle so you can tuck it into a corner. The widened leg tubes with a triangular structure and non-slip rubber pads on the base keep it from sliding on wood floors and tile.
