回复 @匿名用户 : I didn't blow-dry at night, just towel-dried slightly and applied before wrapping my hair to sleep. Actually just needs 4+ hours to work. Can do it during daytime if you don't like overnight, but usually busy then. 我晚上没吹，就把头发擦得稍微干一点抹上裹起来就睡了，其实只要保留4个小时以上就可以了，不喜欢过夜也可以白天弄，就是白天一般没空

只是一个过一会儿当场洗，一个过一晚再洗，这个就适合头发特别干的，枯草一样那种，一晚上确实是能滋润不少

回复 @apple你个芭娜娜 : Using it once or twice a week is enough. Now when I wash my hair, I lose maybe less than 10 strands, and I have a lot of hair. I used to shed a handful while washing and then lose another handful while blow-drying. 一周一两次可以了，我现在洗头掉头发估计在10根以内，而且我还是发量很多的那种，以前洗头发掉一把，吹干头发时候再掉一把。
