I remember a dentist once explained that, in terms of conversion, you'd have to swallow several entire tubes of toothpaste at once for it to be toxic. So, the small amount used for brushing your teeth every day is completely safe. 没事的，你查下氟的中毒剂量，我记得一个牙医科普过，换算的话是一次性几整管牙膏吞下去才会的，所以每天每次刷牙那点剂量没问题的
