If you have sensitive skin, you can start with bakuchiol first. Nowadays, there are also many new retinaldehyde products, which work faster than retinol but are also more irritating. 我随手买的vichy的，做功课murad 科颜氏 修丽可的a醇也不错，主要是看耐受度吧，敏感的话可以先用补骨脂酚。现在还有很多新的a醛产品，比a醇效果更快也更刺激。

Depending on the situation, two to three times a week is enough, because the skin still needs barrier protection. Excessive gentle scraping can damage the skin barrier! Sometimes, the strawberry nose issue is due to excessive oil secretion in the T-zone, so thorough cleansing and oil removal will be more effective 有用是有点的！但不能过于频繁使用，过度使用会令草莓鼻更加严重，根据情况一周两到三次即可，因为皮肤还是需要屏障保护的，过度的柔刮会导致皮肤屏障受损！草莓鼻的问题，有点时侯是因为T区油脂分泌旺盛，到位的清洁去污、去油会更有效果

回复 @匿名用户 : I use the green one from Stridex—the 0.5% one. Just don’t accidentally buy the red one, as the red is 2% and not suitable for beginners. 我用的施颜适的绿色那款 就是0.5%的，可别买成红色的哈，红的2%的不适合刚用的
