Editor's Pick: This set includes a chef's knife, paring knife, utility knife, bread knife, plus a pair of herb scissors and a honing steel, covering basically all your everyday meal prep needs. The blades are made of VG-MAX steel with 68 layers of Damascus cladding, making quick work of slicing tomatoes and filleting fish. The hammered texture on the blade surface reduces sticking, so potato slices won't cling to the blade one by one. The Pakkawood handle fits comfortably in hand and works well for left-handed users too, and the included bamboo knife block looks great right on your countertop.
