: Bought a 75-inch last year, barely used it for eight months before it broke. Hisense's official website completely ignored me. Luckily, I bought it from Costco—contacted them, and after they couldn't fix it, I got a refund. But I still had to handle recycling the TV myself... Never buying Hisense again in my life. 去年买了75寸 没看几次八个月吧就坏了 官网根本不理我 还好Costco买的从costco联系最后修不好退款了 但我还要自己处理这个电视的recycle。。这辈子不会再买海信

: A few years ago I bought a TV from them, purely to support domestic products. It cost almost a thousand bucks and stopped cooling after a year. I will never buy Hisense again in this lifetime. 几年前买了一个他家电视 纯属就是为了支持国货 小一千块钱 一年后不制冷了 这辈子绝对不买海信了
