Editor's Pick: The last thing you want when strength training at home is dumbbells rolling all over the floor. The hex-shaped flat edges keep them stable when you set them down, so you don't have to chase them between sets. The neoprene coating offers a soft, grippy feel that won't slip even when your hands get sweaty. The compact cast iron core keeps the size manageable, and the dark blue 20 lb marking makes them easy to spot on the rack. Perfect for rows, presses, or squats.
