After 3 years old, when they learn to spit it out, a pea-sized amount can be used. Both of my children followed this routine. 我们牙医说6个月开始就要用含氟的牙膏，3岁之前米粒大小，吃下去没有关系。3岁以后会吐出来以后，可以用豆子大小。我俩孩子都是这样的。
