Editor's Pick: Grease and cheese drippings collect at the bottom of the oven and after a while start smoking every time you bake, and cleaning them means bending over and scrubbing hard. Place one of these liners on the bottom; when it gets dirty, just pull it out and wipe it down or toss it in the dishwasher. Heat resistant up to 500°F (260°C), it won't melt or curl at the edges. If it's too big, you can trim it to size, and it also works as a mat for air fryers or baking racks. Rotating through three of them makes cleanup a breeze.
